1. Paid Subscriptions
CO2Free offers access to premium features through paid subscription plans. Payment for subscription fees is processed at the time of purchase and at renewal intervals specified in the plan.
All subscription charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly outlined in this Policy.
2. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for new users. When a free trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan unless the user cancels before the trial expires.
- Fees incurred after a trial period are non-refundable.
- If you do not wish to continue, ensure cancellation before the trial end date.
3. Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the relevant app store, payment portal, or account management page.
- Cancellation prevents future billing.
- Cancellation does not entitle a user to a refund for the current billing period, whether monthly or annual.
- Access to paid features remains active until the end of the subscribed term.
4. Exceptions to Non-Refundability
Refunds may be considered only when required by applicable law, including but not limited to:
- Billing errors initiated by the Company, or
- Duplicate charges caused by system malfunction.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
We do not issue refunds for:

5. Third-Party Billing Platforms
If your purchase was made via:
- Apple App Store,
- Google Play Store,
- or any other authorized payment platform, refunds must follow the terms and procedures of those platforms.
